Livraison
Every order is wrapped by hand in our lacquer-red box, sealed in wax and insured until it is signed for. Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day leave the house the same day.

Good to know
- Engraved pieces leave three to five working days later. See Gravure & Emballage.
- Pieces over £5,000 travel by private courier and are handed to you in person, with photo ID.
- For Europe, duties and taxes are included in the price. Elsewhere they are shown at checkout, so nothing is due on the doorstep.
- Fragrance cannot travel by air to some countries. We will tell you at checkout if your address is one of them.
Retours
If a piece is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. We refund the full price, delivery included, to the way you paid.
- Tell us. Write to us through the contact page with your order number.
- We collect. In the UK a courier collects from your door, free of charge. Elsewhere we send a prepaid label.
- We refund. Your refund is made within five working days of the piece reaching us.
What we can take back
- Jewellery and leather goods that are unworn, with their box, tissue and tags.
- Fragrance that is unopened, with its cellophane intact.
What we cannot take back
- Engraved and made-to-order pieces, unless they arrive damaged.
- Earrings, once the hygiene seal is broken.
- Candles and fragrance that have been opened.
Échanges
We exchange a ring, belt or bracelet for another size free of charge within 30 days. Rings can also be resized free of charge for the first year.
Garantie
Every piece is guaranteed for two years against any fault in the making. If something goes wrong, write to us and we will collect it, repair it and send it back.
